KBP, Kota Baru Parahyangan
Key Responsibilities:
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare
coffee, matcha, and other beverages Quality Control: Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and technique
• Bar Management: Maintain
cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Stock Handling: Monitor and restock
bar ingredients and tools
• Guest Interaction: Provide basic
Requirements:
• Maximum age of 23 years old
• Prior Experience as a Junior Barista • Prior Experience as a Bar Helper Must be highly skilled in operating espresso machines is a plus
• Experienced in handling cash registers and POS Software
Well-Groomed
Appreciate in matcha and tea is a plus
Good teamwork and communication skills products explanations when needed
• SOP Compliance: Follow all recipes and operational procedures Opening & Closing Duties: Prepare and reset the bar for daily operations
